We like to get lots of hands and eyes on our pups to tell us what people see from different perspectives. This time we were very lucky enough to have 4 Flat-Coat breeders, one Dachshund breeder and one All Breed professional handler go over the litter. Four puppies makes for a short evaluation so we had plenty of time for wining and dining, as well. On Sunday our breeder friends from Minnesota arrived with their kids and we enjoyed a nice Italian dinner together. Before they left on their vacation to Southern California, they were kind enough to stack the pups, give input and allow me to get a few pictures
Here in Northern California we know how to do puppy evaluations right! When you have one person who lives outside of Sacramento, one who lives near San Francisco, another who lives in San Jose but works in the financial district of San Francisco and the litter owner lives in San Jose, where do you plan to meet for puppy evaluations? Golden Gate Park, of course! The F litter was the big hit last night on the back lawn of the Park Chalet Garden Restaurant in Golden Gate Park. If you ever want free pitchers … show up with 5 ladies and a litter of pups in an x-pen. Big shout out to Brian and his Goldens for the margaritas! : )
